Certification: required by law or voluntary

Certification is a procedure implemented with the aim of confirming that defined requirements have been complied with. The MPA NRW offers its clients the certification of products. Certification can be prescribed by law - as in the case of many building products - or be implemented voluntarily.


The clients of the MPA NRW can use the services of acknowledged and accredited certification centres for products.
